If you want open-ear headphones with a built-in MP3 player for swimming and school, choose RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming; if you need in-ear earbuds with a charging case and a stated 48-hour use figure, choose Generic Headphones. For school, RELAXYO’s onboard music storage and open-ear design make it the more distinctive pick, while Generic Headphones suit listeners who prefer a conventional earbud fit and case-based charging.
• RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming: Its open-ear bone-conduction design and built-in 32GB MP3 player suit swimming and phone-free listening; the trade-off is that Bluetooth does not transmit underwater, so you need MP3 mode in the pool.
• Generic Headphones: Their in-ear fit, charging case, and stated 48-hour use figure favor everyday wireless listening; the trade-off is that there is no built-in music storage, and the case is not water-resistant.
• Choose RELAXYO if you want headphones built around swimming, open-ear listening, and saved music.
• Choose Generic Headphones if you prefer in-ear earbuds for calls, music, and charging from a case.
• For school, RELAXYO is the more specialized option; Generic Headphones are the simpler fit if your priority is conventional earbuds.
RELAXYO is designed for listeners who want an open-ear setup rather than earbuds sitting inside the ear canal. Its bone-conduction driver and 30-gram weight point toward a lightweight frame for movement. The open-ear design is also intended to leave you more aware of nearby sounds than a sealed in-ear fit, a useful consideration when walking between school buildings or exercising outdoors.
Its clearest distinction is the 32GB built-in MP3 player. You can transfer music from a computer using the included magnetic charging cable, then listen without a phone or Bluetooth connection. That matters in the pool: the headphones are rated IPX8 for underwater use, but Bluetooth cannot transmit underwater, so swimming calls for MP3 mode. For school, saved audio can also be handy when you want to leave your phone put away, although the sheet does not specify school-device controls or classroom use.

The listed Bluetooth version is 5.4, and the stated playback time is up to seven hours on a full charge. I’d consider RELAXYO if swimming, open-ear wear, and onboard music storage are central to your routine. I’d skip it if you specifically want traditional in-ear earbuds, or if your main priority is the longest stated battery figure: Generic Headphones claim a much longer total-use figure with their case.
Generic Headphones: Who It's For
Generic Headphones take the familiar in-ear route. They come with four spare eartips for different ear sizes, and their charging case automatically charges the earbuds when they are placed inside. A separate LED display indicates remaining power for the case and the left and right earbuds, which may make it easier to track when charging is needed.
The listed wireless version is 5.0, with compatibility described for laptops and Android devices. The product information also mentions calls, stereo sound, and waking sound assistants. Those features make these earbuds a straightforward option for someone who wants a conventional wireless setup for school breaks, commuting, or workouts. The data does not identify a specific microphone design or any classroom-focused feature, so I wouldn’t treat them as specialized school headphones.
The stated use figure is 48 hours with the charging case, but the sheet does not explain the split between a single earbud charge and the case’s contribution. They are rated IPX7 for sweat or rain; importantly, the case itself is not water-resistant. I’d choose them if you prefer in-ear earbuds and case-based charging. I’d pass if you need headphones for swimming, want built-in music storage, or specifically want an open-ear design.
• Best for a stated long-use figure → Generic Headphones. The sheet says up to 48 hours with the charging case, compared with RELAXYO’s up-to-seven-hour playback figure. The two figures describe different charging setups, so they are not a direct single-charge comparison.
• Best for onboard music storage → RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming. Its 32GB memory lets you transfer music from a computer and listen without connecting to a phone.
• Best for a conventional in-ear fit → Generic Headphones. They include four spare eartips, while RELAXYO is an open-ear bone-conduction design.
• Best for open-ear awareness → RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming. Its design leaves the ears open rather than placing earbuds in them.
• Best for case-based charging visibility → Generic Headphones. The LED display indicates remaining charge for the case and each earbud.
• Best for workouts in rain or sweat → Either, with different limits. Generic Headphones are rated IPX7 for sweat or rain, but their case is not water-resistant. RELAXYO is rated IPX8 and is the clear choice for swimming.
• Best fit for school when you want saved audio without a phone → RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming. For school listening with ordinary in-ear earbuds and a charging case, Generic Headphones are the more conventional option.
A few school-focused searches may point in the wrong direction here. Neither product is a headband design, and neither sheet mentions memory-foam ear cushions. So if you’re comparing the best headband headphones for school or the best memory foam ear cushions earbuds for school, these two products don’t match those specific design descriptions. Likewise, the phrase “best Bluetooth headset for school” does not tell the whole story: RELAXYO can play saved MP3s without Bluetooth, while Generic Headphones are the in-ear Bluetooth-style choice described in their product information.
I’d choose RELAXYO Bone Conduction Swimming for school if I wanted open-ear wear and the option to save music directly to the headphones. Its swimming-focused design gives it a clear use beyond ordinary earbuds, though I’d remember to use MP3 mode underwater. If my day called for conventional in-ear earbuds and a charging case instead, I’d choose Generic Headphones.
No. The product information says Bluetooth cannot transmit underwater. For swimming, transfer music to its built-in 32GB memory and use MP3 mode.
They are rated IPX7 for sweat or rain, but the charging case is not water-resistant. The data does not describe them as swimming headphones, so RELAXYO is the more appropriate option for underwater listening.
Generic Headphones have a stated use figure of up to 48 hours with the charging case. RELAXYO lists up to seven hours of continuous playback or calls on a full charge. Because one figure includes a case and the other does not, they are not directly equivalent.
Choose RELAXYO if you value open-ear wear and music stored on the headphones. Choose Generic Headphones if you prefer in-ear earbuds, spare eartips, and a charging case. Check the current price on Amazon using the page’s button if price is part of your decision.
