How does the trip planning process work?

First, the client will complete a trip planning form then, we will be in contact within 48 business hours to collect the trip planning fee.
Step 2
Step 2
Once the trip planning fee is paid, we will send a potential trip itinerary in 72 hours with all details such as destination information, hotel/flight information and the total amount of the trip.
Step 3
Step 3
After the client has approved the trip details, the client will submit the deposit or full payment using a secure payment method.Â
