Relaxing is only possible when we have high expectations. How can we relax if we expect to be successful? My clients who came to see me for relaxation training were plagued by unrealistic expectations. Fear of death was a way for them to feel like they were failing. They didn't have enough time to accomplish everything they wanted. "Rushing to death." They were my favorite thing.

If you want to relax and unwind quickly, then you need to understand your expectations and the way you see success and failure. This means accepting your limitations as a human being. Many people create lists of their needs and limitations, but very few make a list about what they can do. Although the "can-do list" may not be popular, it is an essential part of life.

There are no excuses.

First, you have to say this to yourself. I'd prefer that you repeat it at least three times per day. "I am only human. Let's say it now, and then let's consider what it means. What does it mean to be a human being? Humans are flawed. Humans are constantly learning new lessons. Humans are a work in process. They learn from failures and successes. Although death is inevitable, it is not failure.

Do you believe death is a form failure? Are you ready to fail? Is it possible for us all to fail? No.

What are your real obligations?

Helping our loved ones have happy and successful lives is a way for many of us to find true success in our lives. Do you see your success as a picture painted with the smiles and love of others? Are you able to list the things that you would like to do for others on your to-do list? Is it important for you to help others succeed? What is your true responsibility for another person's success?

What is success?

What is success? Is it enough to achieve success? What is your purpose in life? How you view life will determine whether you find peace or whether you are able to relax. You will not relax if your mind is full of worry and you feel guilty for taking the time to relax, as you won't be able to relax. You'll get tired and worn out if you don't relax.

People who could relax easily and were more successful in achieving their life goals had reached a realization. This knowledge was not something that everyone had. Some people were born with it, while others learned it over time, sometimes after being driven to the point where they couldn't help but need to be helped.

It's not about the destination. It's the journey and all the stops along the route.

If the goal of your life is not to reach goals, then it is not worth living. Once you have achieved one goal, another will follow. To-do lists will never be complete. There will always be more to do and new problems to solve. To-Do lists are buried with their owners.
