This store is ripping off its customers here in Canada. 

They never ship your chair for months, then tell you you cannot do a chargeback on your credit card or they will get police and lawyers involved that you're breaking the law. 

But they are the ones stealing from you. 

When you do get a chargeback filed, they want a restocking fee even though the chair never shipped. The damn chair has never left the warehouse and they want to charge you for a return. 

THis is a scam! They are taking money not owed to them.
