This massage chair store in Burlington Canada is scamming local Canadians
Jason the owner of this store Relaxacare is pleasant at first until he makes his sale. Once you buy your chair, it never arrives. They give excuse after excuse saying you knew what you were buying. You knew you agreed to the terms and conditions. They never take care of you, and hide behind some story every time. He removed my post post and comments like he does with other customers, so you only see the good. Well then the scares come when he says chargebacks will have local police and legal action. All us Canooks want is what we paid for, nothing more.
Complaint: Horrible Experience with Relaxacare and Owner Jason Perricone
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Relaxacare in Burlington, Canada, owned by Jason Perricone. I purchased a massage chair that never shipped, despite numerous follow-ups. When I requested a refund, I was met with hostility and threats from Jason himself.
Instead of resolving the issue, Jason Perricone threatened me with legal action over writing bad reviews and initiating a chargeback. This level of intimidation and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. No customer should be threatened for seeking a refund or sharing their honest experience.
Avoid Relaxacare at all costs. Their business practices are shady, and they have no regard for customer satisfaction or fair treatment. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company that values its customers.
I should have done more research before buying. Thats my fault. After going through this experience with this local Canadian store, I see now where many other customers said their chair never arrived also, and Jason did the same thing to them. Threats, nasty attitude, saying chargebacks need legal action and police involved. He so sweet and helpful before you buy, but wow once you give him the money kiss the service goodbuy. Then he acts like its our fault, the customer. He tells storys as if its fake, and says you are leaving fake reviews. Not so. He is taking advantage of us and it will not stand. Avoid this place if you can. If you already bought your massage chair, you better hit the chargeback fast before the order goes past the chargeback date. It will never arrive for months. And if there is damage, your on your own!
Hidden fees everywhere after you buy. NO one says up front when you buy your chair that if there is an issue you will have to pay for their mistakes!!!
ANy Relaxacare reviews that he does not like, he will remove. He removed my Facebook post, my product review of buying experience at the store, and tells storys like this is not true at all. Yet he has my money, I have no massage chair! If I still had my money or my massage chair like the other customers, we wouldn't need to do chargebacks at all.
This store is taking advantage of us and uses threats to save face or and make themselves look good.
Caution against buying anything from this store. Owner and store DO NOT stand behind their customer service once money is given.
