Update, 23rd Jan 2026: Lawyer Katja Woermer confirmed civil lawsuit has not been handed in. I also note that the wording of Reiner's statement has been changed from
"Now, I have just filed, with the help of my attorney Katja Wörmer, a civil complaint for damages against some of the....", to
"Now, I have just completed and will file a civil complaint (this will be published here on Substack in a few days)" (Source: Dr Reiner Fuellmich Substack)
As Reiner can't call people anymore, except for his wife, there might have been some misunderstandings in communicating this important new statement and civil complaint.
