Rent Terms and Conditions:

1.      Deposit:

1.1.  A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve the desired dates.

1.2. The minimum deposit amount is $120, and the maximum deposit amount is $500.

1.3.  The remaining balance is due on the first day of your rental.

2.      Security Deposit is:

2.1.  $500 if the unit is delivered by us.

2.2.  $750 if the unit is picked up by the guest to cover the MPI deductible.

2.2.1.     A valid driver’s license is required - we will scan and keep a record of it.

2.2.2.     A valid towing vehicle registration - we will scan and keep a record of it.

2.2.3.     The guest is responsible for making sure the towable vehicle towing capacity is within 80% of the trailer’s total weight at the towing time.

2.2.4.     The guest is responsible for making sure to use the correct towable gears.

2.2.5.   Accident Reporting Responsibility: In the event of an accident, the driver who provided their driver's license information at the time of pickup is responsible for completing and submitting the MPI claim within 24 hours of the incident. Failure to do so may result in the guest being held fully responsible for all repair costs and damages arising from the accident.

2.3.  Deposit will be released between 48 and 72 hours after the unit is returned and inspected.

3.      Visual inspections:

3.1.   Take a picture and document any visible damage before taking possession of the trailer.

3.2.  The guest is responsible for visual inspection of the tires before and after every trip.

4.      Cleaning:

4.1.  The trailer should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

4.2.  Pet hair needs to be removed from the unit completely; there will be a $200 cleaning fee.

4.3.  The black tank should be emptied.

4.3.1.     Use only supplied towelette paper.

4.4.  The gray tank should be emptied.

5.      Keys and access code:

5.1.  All physical keys need to be handed in or left inside the trailer at the end of the rental period.

6.      Awning use:

6.1.  We encourage our guests to take advantage of the awning. However, the awning should be retrieved immediately if the weather becomes aggressive – high wind, aggressive rainfalls, or hail.

6.2.  Awning should not be extended while unattended.

6.3.  Leave enough distance between the Awning and the fire pit.

7.      RV Damages & Repairs report:

7.1.  Damage related to fire or serious personal injury, call 9-1-1 immediately.

7.2.  Otherwise, damage needs to be reported immediately by calling or texting (204) 999-3016.

7.3.  Repairs can be done only with written consent from the owner.

8.      Illegal Use:

8.1.  You must not operate or tow while under the influence of an intoxicating substance.

8.2.  All laws at all different levels should be obeyed without any exceptions.

9.      All our units are smoke and vape-free; otherwise, there will be a $200 cleaning fee.

10. Out-of-province use:

  10.1. The guests must declare if the unit will cross the provincial border, as well as crossing the international border.
