The conference is focused on improving the quality of regional higher education in the context of their cooperation, primarily within the V4 countries, but also from other regions.

The aim of the conference is to exchange views, attitudes and experiences of academics as well as stakeholders from the practice of higher education institutions.

The conference will also include a commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Educational Center of the Faculty of Business Economics of the University of Economics in Bratislava in Michalovce. It is one of the oldest functioning regional higher education institutions in Slovakia.
