2. What do I need to provide if I am currently living with someone?

• You will complete a Residential Affidavit (Click Link Below). Once you and the Owner have completed the form and attached a utility bill and lease/deed, you will get the document notarized.

3. How do I update my student's information?

• All parents with Parent Portal access can complete an Annual Verification to update all residential and student information.

4. What do I need if my student is coming from a Dekalb school?

• Parents that are transferring between Dekalb schools should provide their ID and proof of residency after completing the Dekalb Transfer form.

4. What do I need if my student is coming from the Dekalb Alternative school?

• Parents that are transferring from the Alternative school should retrieve the release form and provide proof of residency and ID to enroll.
