Regis college zoom
Regis College Zoom is Regis College's video conferencing software. Regis College has a retention policy of Zoom recordings in the cloud. The policy will automatically delete any Zoom recording older than 150 days. If you want to keep recordings longer than 150 days, you will need to download your recordings to your local computer or your Regis OneDrive.

Zoom Control Options
In light of the recent reports of "Zoom Bombing" (or unwanted people joining Zoom sessions), Regis ITS has developed recommended Zoom Control Options (PDF). It is a list of settings that you may choose to utilize to secure your meetings. Note that these are only suggestions, and not requirements; if you have questions about how to best secure your meetings, please reach out to Tom Yazer, faculty training manager.
