Alpha Phi Omega Region I is divided into four administrative Sections:
Section I-1: Louisville and Central Kentucky
Section I-2: Middle and Western Tennessee and Western Kentucky
Section I-3: Lexington, Eastern Kentucky and Huntington, West Virginia
Section I-4: Eastern Tennessee
