Hello! We are Caroline Leopard and Zoe Hackbarth. We are working on our Girl Scout Silver Award. A silver award project is an award that Girl Scouts do that recognizes leadership, organization, and dedication to community improvement, so we can move to the next award, which is the Gold Award. The project has to be sustainable and help your community, and we need to spend 50 hours on it.
We are both connected to the arts. Caroline is in Shenandoah Valley Children’s Choir and musical theatre, and Zoe is in the Youth Symphony Orchestra. However, we both had trouble finding these organizations when we moved here. We wanted to make them more available for other youth so they don’t have the same problem.
Hi! I'm Caroline I used to live in Pennsylvania and participated in a program called Singing on Stage. It was a musical program for youth and I started when I was three years old. But when I moved here I had trouble finding any youth arts and I didn't want any other kid to go through that.
Hi! I used to live in Kentucky and moved here early 2021. I have been playing instruments since I was 5, and I love it! The arts mean a lot to me, and I'm really glad that we get this opportunity to help support them.
