This year in January we returned to Indio, California with a Roadtrek Rally at the FMCA Western Area Convention. Thanks is owed to our Rally Leaders Pat Yacklon and Sue Hankins. Our twenty-six Roadtreks were parked together in our own separate area, giving all of us our 'private' space to do our own Roadtreker thing. Best of all we didn't cook for the 4 days of the Rally.  We had hot coffee and a Continental breakfast each morning, with a catered dinner each night. 

As in past years, Roadtrekers went all out for the annual parade. This year the theme was the “Land of Oz”. Our President, Chris Oberhoffer's idea for our float was Dorothy's house fallen on the wicked witch. Chris organized a group of us 'workers' to build Dorothy's house atop a golf cart.  The float along with us in our Munchkin and Land of Oz character costumes resulted in our winning the Grand Marshalls parade trophy.
