Welcome to my page. I am an Associate Professor (SECS-P/01) at the University of Insubria in the Department of Economics. While I am interested in many diverse topics, in the last few years, I focused my research on topics related to discrimination. My primary research method involves using experiments to understand behavioral responses to incentives, interventions, and mechanisms.
