Welcome to my page. I am a Researcher (RTD-B, SECS-P/03) at the University of Florence in the Department of Economic and Business Sciences. While I am interested in many diverse topics, in the last few years, in my research I focused on topics related to discrimination. My primary research method involves using experiments to understand behavioral responses to incentives, interventions, and mechanisms.
