Northcentral Technical College: AI Project Manager

As a passionate advocate for innovation and strategic leadership, I specialize in spearheading transformative AI initiatives that align with institutional goals and drive meaningful impact. At the heart of my work is the coordination and evolution of AI programs, ensuring their integration into curricula, workforce training, and operational efficiency. I lead collaborative efforts with diverse stakeholders to develop cutting-edge AI tools, foster knowledge-sharing among faculty, and create accessible training programs for faculty, staff, and external partners.

Through my role, I oversee strategic visioning for AI-related goals, secure essential resources, and facilitate committees that prioritize learning, workforce development, and professional training. My focus extends to developing AI-enhanced tools and programs that enrich student learning while equipping faculty and staff with the skills to harness AI’s potential effectively.

Wausau School District: Instructional Technology Integration Specialist

I have helped integrate and implement technology into the district classrooms such as iPads and Google Chromebooks.  I am responsible for a multitude of district level technology implementations of different platforms and softwares.

Accomplishments

• Leader of a technology mentor group of individuals for the district

• Overseer of all new technology introduced into the district. 

• Carry out professional development at the district level

• Carried out numerous meetings and discussions to implement a new learning management system

Tomahawk School District: Social Studies Teacher

I have integrated technology into my classroom with iPads and Google Chromebooks.  I was responsible for the implementation of hardware and a learning management system in my classroom.  

Accomplishments

• Leader in Blended Learning Design Team in which we discussed the structure and methodical approach for 1:1 technology

• Leader in Chromebook Distribution and troubleshooting with students and staff members

• Presented the design and implementation plan of 1:1 technology to the Tomahawk school board

• Carried out training inservices teaching staff members about the implementation of technology in their classrooms.

Grand Lodge By Stoney Creek: Lead Lifeguard Supervisor

I supervised slide attendants, lifeguards and supervisors (30 - 40 people).  I also ran in-service trainings for the staff.  

Accomplishments

• Multiple saves as a lifeguard

• Provided the structure and activities for the inservice training of the water park staff

• Leadership position within the hotel staff

Wisconsin Army National Guard: TAMMS Clerk

I am a Veteran where I was stationed in Kuwait between August 2005 - August 2006.  I was promoted to a leadership role and exited the military as a Sergeant.

Accomplishments

• Responsible for thousands of items in an inventory

• Trained fellow soldiers to use the technology and implemented a plan to carry out the inventory of parts  

• Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) 

• Army Achievement Medal (AAM)
