I am an Economist, currently working as a Research Analyst at the Economic Policy Research Centre, Makerere University, Uganda’s leading think tank in Economics. 

I am also a fellow with the African Fellows in Education Program a collaboration between Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP) and Global Education Analytics Institute (GEAI) founded by Prof Erick.A.Hanushek (Hoover Institution & Stanford University). My research project fellowship examines the causal effects of corporal punishments on learning outcomes 

My broad research interests are in Development economics, Education, financial inclusion and trade policy in the context of Sub-Saharan Africa. My recent work examines how developing countries can leverage digital finance to achieve development outcomes in education, Energy and agriculture sectors.
