A Round for Regan first took place in August of 2024 in response to Regan's diagnosis of B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. What began as a golf outing quickly became a powerful show of love and support, organized to help ease the financial strain of Regan’s treatment. From medical bills and travel to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital to meals and everyday expenses, the goal was simple: lift some of the burden so her family could focus on what matters most — Regan’s healing.
Although Regan is currently still in treatment, the Tremain family would like to help ease that burden for someone else. That’s why Regan’s Rally is proud to introduce A Round from Regan - an annual golf outing created to extend the same incredible support Regan once received and offer it to another child and family facing the unimaginable. Going forward, each year, Regan’s Rally will select a child battling a critical illness and provide support to help lighten the load.

While golf is at the heart of this event, you don’t have to be a golfer to make a difference. We invite you to join us for a meaningful day full of community, basket raffles, live music, fun for kids, and more. If you have any questions or want to get involved, please explore the details below or reach out to any member of our team.
Trenten was born on December 14, 2020. Despite a healthy pregnancy, he entered the world with severe brain damage and was diagnosed with Hypoxic‑Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). He also lives with Epilepsy and endures daily seizures, making every day a challenge for him and his family. From the very beginning of his life, Trenten has required constant medical care. His early years were filled with countless doctor visits, specialist appointments, and therapies. Between September 2023 and September 2024, Trenten spent most of the year hospitalized due to recurring illnesses. Even today, he continues to face frequent hospital stays, often spending weeks at a time in and out of the hospital.
When Trenten is hospitalized, his parents (Kortney and Logan) make sacrifices without question. Early on Kortney became Trenten’s primary caretaker, forcing her to leave her job behind. Logan travels back and forth between work and the hospital to support his family, while Kortney remains by Trenten’s side full‑time to advocate for his care and comfort. Each hospital visit brings new challenges—emotionally, physically, and financially.
Join us to support Trenten and his family as they continue to navigate his complex medical needs. Together we can help ease the burden and allow his family to focus on what matters most: caring for Trenten and giving him the best quality of life possible.
