By downloading or using RefurbRadar ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Subscriptions
RefurbRadar offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Starter: £4.99/month — 2 property viewings per week, yield calculator, unlimited saved properties

• Pro: £14.99/month — unlimited viewings, AI assistant, PDF export, custom cost rates

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

2. Free Tier
Free users may log up to 3 property viewings without a subscription.

3. Use of the App
RefurbRadar is intended for property investment research purposes only. Cost estimates are indicative and not a substitute for professional surveys or contractor quotes.

4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability
RefurbRadar provides estimates only. We accept no liability for investment decisions made based on app outputs.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
