Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
● For web development and software development, if the agreed milestones are not met due to a fault on our side.
● For Monieboxx, if there was an error in payment processing or system failure during the transaction.
● For PaySpout, if there was an issue with incorrect invoicing or receipting due to system errors.
● For general IT services, refunds are only available if the service was not delivered as per the agreed contract.
Non-Refundable Services
● Completed services under web development and software development, particularly if they have been delivered according to agreed specifications.
● Verified payments made through Monieboxx.
● Properly generated invoices or receipts via PaySpout.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our official business email business@bigtechnology.com.ng with your project or payment details. Refund requests must be made within 72 hours from the date of service or transaction.
Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate and respond within 24hours. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 72 hours.
Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
