We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day customer happiness guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days.
To request a refund:
Send an email to amezen.artworks@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase
Include your order number and reason for the refund request
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:
PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
Stripe/Credit card refunds will be credited to your original payment card
There are no usage restrictions for requesting a refund within the 30-day guarantee period. We believe in the value of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date cannot be honored. All sales become final after the 30-day guarantee period expires.
Please note that our products are delivered digitally. While we cannot "retrieve" the downloaded materials, we honor our refund policy based on customer satisfaction.

Processing time: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
