RefToWin functions as a referral and affiliate management platform connecting businesses (vendors) and users (affiliates).
We are not responsible for individual agreements between parties beyond the technical management of commissions.

3. Account Registration and Use

  You must provide accurate and complete information.

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• 
  Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or gain additional benefits is prohibited.

4. Commission System

  Each affiliate generates a unique referral link per campaign.

• 
  Commissions are calculated according to vendor-defined parameters.

• 
  Payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe, depending on vendor configuration.

• 
  RefToWin does not hold funds, except in technical or audit-related circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and content belong to REBERUS LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the system without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  Share fraudulent or spam links.

• 
  Manipulate click or conversion statistics.

• 
  Use the platform for illegal or deceptive purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

RefToWin does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses, indirect damages, or account suspensions due to policy violations.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
