I charge $160 per 55 minute session.
Counselling can look quite different depending on your goals within therapy. Usually we will chat through whatever is going on for you to get a good understanding of the situation. From there we will work together in a variety of ways to help bring some positive changes for you.
I work from a Strengths-Based and Person-Centred foundation. This means I am non-judgemental and encourage clients to have a voice within therapy. I see counselling as something we do together. On top of this foundation, I primarily utilise ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) as the core of my therapy style. I also have experience with Narrative Therapy and CBT. Overall, I try to work in ways that best fit you.
