ReframED was founded on the belief that meaningful change in education starts with how we support the people closest to the work—educators, coaches, and mission-driven leaders.
With a unique background that bridges business, education, instructional design, and equity, founder Jennifer Fayomi brings a multi-disciplinary lens to every engagement. She began her career in operations and executive support, transitioned into the classroom as a Social Studies and Economics teacher, and evolved into a coach, facilitator, and systems-level strategist.
Over the past decade, Jennifer has designed and led high-impact professional learning experiences across public, charter, and nonprofit organizations. From coaching instructional leaders to building inclusive, tech-integrated learning models, her work focuses on building capacity, clarity, and confidence—always with students, equity, and real-world impact at the center.
