Terms and Conditions — ReForge

These Terms govern your use of the ReForge app ("App") provided by AlgoSoft Technologies Limited ("we," "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 (or the minimum age in your country). Minors may use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent. The App includes exercise and diet guidance — see Section 8.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple, or use guest mode. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, for non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and your app store's rules. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or modify the App except as allowed by law.

4. Free and Pro

Free users get the full 90-day program, daily tasks, streaks, XP, badges, and basic tracking, with ads. ReForge Pro unlocks ad-free use, advanced analytics, task customization, multiple programs, smart reminders, data export, exclusive themes/badges, and priority support. We may change tier features anytime.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ReForge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial, processed by Apple or Google through your store account, not by us:

• Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.

• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

6. Your Content and Health Data

You own the content you create (custom tasks, journal entries, photos, measurements) and grant us a limited license to store and display it to provide the App. With your permission, the App may sync with Apple Health or Google Fit; you can disable this anytime. We don't sell your data and handle it per our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the App unlawfully, reverse-engineer or disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or resell its content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

ReForge offers general wellness, fitness, and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its materials (except your content) belong to us and are protected by law. "ReForge" and our logos may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy: sites.google.com/view/reforge/privacy-policy?authuser=0 

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data, and our total liability won't exceed what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend access for breach.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country, e.g. Bangladesh], and the courts of [Insert City] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

14. App Store

For App Store downloads, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce them, is not responsible for the App or support, and you represent you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a restricted-party list. We, not the stores, are responsible for the App and any related claims.
