What the App Does

ReflectR 2 is a companion mobile application for users who have purchased our desktop accounting software (Rely or Radix). The app allows you to view your accounting data on your mobile device. All data displayed in the app is uploaded by you, the user, from your desktop software.

Information We Collect

The app requires you to log in using your mobile number and OTP for authentication. The accounting data you view through the app is data that you yourself upload from your Rely or Radix desktop application. We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is necessary to authenticate you and display your data.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide you with access to your accounting information on your mobile device. We do not use your data for any other purpose such as advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, trade, or transfer your personal or accounting data to any third parties. Your data stays between you and our servers.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Authentication is handled via OTP-based login, and access to company data is controlled through user permissions set by the account administrator.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at support@tripta.in. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data from our servers.

ReflectR is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
