Welcome to ReePe.
By downloading, accessing, or using the ReePe mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About ReePe

ReePe is a digital rewards and offers platform that allows users to:

• Scan a store’s static QR code

• Claim rewards or offers

• Redeem the claimed rewards later through the user app

ReePe does not guarantee cash value and does not directly process payments between users and stores.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ReePe

• You must provide accurate and valid information

• One user account per person unless permitted

3. User Accounts

• Login is done via phone number authentication

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

ReePe is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Rewards, Offers & QR Claims

• Scanning a QR code only claims a reward, it does not guarantee redemption

• Rewards are:

  • Subject to store rules

  • Subject to availability

  • Subject to validation at the time of redemption

• Stores have the right to:

  • Accept or reject redemption if conditions are not met

  • Set expiry dates and usage limits

⚠️ Fraudulent claims, misuse, or manipulation will result in account suspension.

5. Store Responsibility

• ReePe acts as a technology platform only

• Stores are fully responsible for:

  • Offer accuracy

  • Reward availability

  • Redemption process

• ReePe is not responsible for disputes between users and stores

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Scan QR codes fraudulently

• Create fake accounts

• Exploit bugs or loopholes

• Misuse offers or rewards

• Attempt to damage or reverse-engineer the app

Violation may lead to permanent account termination.

7. App Availability

• ReePe services are provided on an “as-is” basis

• Features may change, pause, or stop without prior notice

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Intellectual Property

All content including:

• App design

• Logos

• QR system

• Branding

Belongs exclusively to ReePe.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

ReePe reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Remove access without prior notice

If:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Legal requirements demand action

10. Limitation of Liability

ReePe is not liable for:

• Loss of rewards due to store policy

• Business losses

• Technical failures

• Third-party actions

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
