Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ReelVault (“the App”) handles information when you use the App. The App is operated by an individual developer under the brand “TipsNoTricks Labs ”.

Information we collect 

ReelVault does not require user accounts and does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.

Saved content (local-first) 

ReelVault may fetch reel content (such as thumbnails, metadata, and links) from third-party platforms when you save reels inside the App. ReelVault stores the saved reel information locally on the user’s device to enable organizing, searching, and accessing saved reels.

ReelVault does not use server or cloud storage for saved reels at this time. Saved reel information remains stored on the user’s device.

Backup, export, and import (local storage) 

ReelVault stores saved reel information locally on the device. If the App provides backup, export, or import features, any exported or backup files are created and handled locally on the user’s phone. ReelVault does not use server or cloud storage for these files at this time.

How the App uses Internet access 

The App requests Internet access to fetch reel content from third-party platforms and to display that content within the App. Internet access is not used to identify users or create user profiles.

How saved reels are opened 

When you select a saved reel, the App provides the corresponding link so the reel can be opened through the respective third-party platform and/or by a user-selected browser.

Sharing 

The App includes a share option on reel thumbnails. Using this feature shares the reel link via the user’s selected apps/platforms.

If in the future ReelVault adds features that involve cloud storage, syncing, additional third-party services, or other new data types, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what data is involved and how it is handled.
