The Instagram reel button just disappeared out of nowhere. It was replaced with the 'plus' icon to create new stories and posts and the whole layout changed as well. I googled fixes and nothing came up apart from updating my software and instagram, and both of those are the latest right now. I even have experimental features on for instagram yet this problem persists. I uninstalled and reinstalled instagram and the buttom came back temporarily however then disappeared again after a while. I use a Samsung s22+. Can someone pls help?

after the latest Instagram update, my reels button disappeared. I tried logging in and out, re installing, and updating my phone. I can still view a reel someone has sent, but I can't scroll to see more or look at any other reels. Can anyone help me get reels back? I made an alt account, and the reels button appears on that one, but not my main account on which I am trying to get reels back.

Using an outdated Instagram version might be the reason why Reels are not working. To update the app to the latest available version, launch the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for Instagram, and tap the Update button.

Custom ID badge reels and monogrammed badge reels are great for hospital employees or anyone who has to frequently use their ID badge and wants to add a little personal flair to their day. In addition, you can also make custom label badge reels, which do not require the use of a button machine! Just print out your design or words on a 3/4" sticky label and apply to the inner circle area of the badge reel. Labels are great for identifying yourself with a particular company, university or trade group at a trade show.

Since rolling out Reels, Instagram has made it a lot easier to find the feature on the bottom tab of your Home page. There should be a movie reel icon in the middle of the menu bar, where you can open Reels. (This is where the create post button used to be.) You can also find Instagram Reels by going to your Explore page, where IGTV and Shop also live. This is where you can discover Reels created by other Instagram users. If you see other people's Reels, the feature should be available to you as well. To see if you're able to create your own 15 or 30-second video, check by going to the create post icon in the upper righthand corner. The option to create a Reel should be third on the list of drop-downs.

Today, several German Instagram users have reported seeing a new layout in Instagram, which put a new Reels button on the bottom function bar, and moves the Discover magnifying glass to the top, next to the Direct tab.

You can see the updated format in these screenshots, posted by user @AJ_Malakai on Twitter (and shared by social media expert Matt Navarra) - the play button with a circle is the new Reels stream, with the Discover button up top.

Once you touch the button, you will start receiving short videos (one at a time). The videos you receive will be based on your profile activity (likes, saved posts, posts you interact with the most, etc.).

05:25 pm (IST): The Instagram Reels button has disappeared for some users again (1,2). This is not the first time that the button has been bugged, and it is unclear why it is happening.

Then, the Align button will appear, allowing you to line up objects from the previous clip before recording your next. This allows you to create seamless transitions for moments like changing outfits, adding new music, or adding new friends to your Reel.

Starting Tuesday, Instagram users can attach donation buttons to their Reels, turning the short videos into fundraisers. As it does for donations on Facebook and other Instagram content, Meta will collect and pass along the donations to the nonprofits at no charge, paying the processing fees itself.

Spinning reels are unique in that they attach to the rod from below. This not only provides a natural holding position, it also gives you a nice balance when casting. Speaking of, casting with a spinning reel is super easy!

One thing a lot of people get wrong with the spinning reel is reengaging the bail after the cast. Most spinning reels close the bail automatically after you start reeling. Thing is, that first spin can often cause the line to miss the spool, resulting in a tangle. When you throw the line out, always make sure to put the bail back in its starting position by hand.

Spinning reels are an immensely capable piece of fishing equipment. They work equally well with lures and smaller baits, and are a good choice for a number of species and habitats. Combined with thin, powerful braided lines, they can produce some serious pulling power, too.

Once you get the hang of them, spinning reels will allow you to achieve impressive casting distances. With prices ranging from $50 to $150 for a quality model, they are the golden middle for most anglers.

Baitcasting reels have a lot more moving parts than the spincast or the spinning reel. As a result, they come with a learning curve, but mastering them ultimately takes your fishing game to the next level.

Nerd fact: Baitcaster rod guides are a lot smaller than the ones on a spinning setup. This is because baitcasting reels release the line in a straight path. On a spinning reel, the line goes out in a circular motion, and that requires more space.

hi i realy loved the article and it was really great at teaching me about reels in a simple yet somewhat thorough way. My main question though is for me, who likes to fish lots of kinda like pumpkinseed, bluegill, smallmouth, largemouth, or even blue catfish, ive been using a spincast reel but im not sure what I want to by next because ive been debating about gettin a baitcaster, but im not sure if it is worth it completely, because spincasts have worked well with me, but i want another backup rod thats different then my other rods. I just want to know if i should, and also if a baitcaster can go on a rod that is a bit wider holes (pretty much one for a spincast)

Bait casting reels were almost the end of me lol. I had such a hard time getting the feel for them as only a sporadic fisherman. Then a buddy of mine told me something that should have been common sense. Quit trying to fish with them.

I have the below cord reel, rated 1000watt rolled and 3500watt extended. It was working great until someone used it to power a welder. The person told me that it stopped working a few times and he would reset the button.

Now the red button stays up, it will not click and stay down. It clicks and goes up right away. Tried it even without being plugged in, the same. I unscrewed it and everything looks new inside, no sign of anything burned or whatever. The cord also looks good, but since it does it even unplugged it may be something else.

The red button is part of what is called a thermal circuit breaker. They open circuit when there is a current overload and pushing the red button is designed reset the breaker back to the closed condition. They are used in gear like this because they are low cost. But along with that they have a limited life time and limited number of trip cycles before they fail.

Brands and creators can remix any Reel that has the Remix button when you tap the three dots on the right toolbar. Creators cannot remix an already remixed Reel, but you can save the remixed Reel, upload to Clipchamp, and edit the remixed Reel.

Related to your choice of campaign objective is the call to action (CTA) button that appears on the Reels ads interface. Unlike Stories ads, where ads encourage audiences through visual cues to swipe-up to take action, your Reels creatives should direct attention towards the customizable CTA button at the bottom of the screen.

Securikeyreels offers a wide range of key and badge reels, ID holders, retractors and protective cases as well as an innovative new range of dropped object protection to offer protection while working at height.

When using a baitcaster reel, you release the line when you press the button. This also immediately drops your bait. To cast, you lock the line with your thumb on the reel. To end your cast, turn the reeling handle (this pops the button back up) or put your thumb back on the spool.

When using a spincaster reel, just press and hold the button to keep the line locked while casting. Once your casting reaches its peak, release the button to release the line. The weight of the lure and your casting position creates the momentum the line needs and the line will fly wherever the tip of your rod is pointing.

Not to be confused with spincaster reels, spinning reels are preferred by anglers all over the world but are still easy enough for beginners to use. Unlike the spincaster reels, spinning reels are designed with an open face and a metal bail to prevent the line from nesting. The reel is mounted on the bottom of the rod for better balance when casting and the drag adjustment is located on top of the reel. A high-quality ultralight spinning reel will have you fishing like a pro in no time.

Yes please add placeholder function! Preferably a photo as placeholder since a reels also contains a cover. That way we can keep our feed in sync. That if mainly why we are using Later. Now we still have to maintain a separate feed to view how our planning looks.

agree. a placeholder definitely works, if we can just edit the order of posts already posted. my company is steering heavily into reels this year so we'll have to switch platforms if there isn't a fix soon!

Today, Sharing to Reels is opening up access to any app that wants to offer an integration that will allow their users to quickly export their videos to Instagram Reels by tapping a button. Previously, users would have to export the video from the third-party app to their device, and then re-upload it to Instagram Reels. 006ab0faaa
