Therefore, please make sure to read these terms carefully before using the app. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, and our trademarks in any way. You are not authorized to attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor should you attempt to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of ReelRadar.

ReelRadar is committed to making sure the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining to you what you are paying for.

ReelRadar stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs that compromise your phone's security features and may mean ReelRadar not functioning properly or at all.

The app uses third party services and they state their own terms and conditions.

You should be aware that ReelRadar is not responsible in certain circumstances. Some features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and you don't have any data space left, ReelRadar cannot be held responsible for the app not working fully.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should keep in mind that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. Therefore, your mobile provider may charge you for data costs or other third-party fees during the connection when accessing the app. You will be responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, when using the app, provided you use the app outside of your home country (ie region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the payer of the device on which the app is being used, please note that we assume you have received permission from the payer to use the app.

Account registration and use

Users can only set up one account in the app. The creation of multiple accounts or the transfer or sale of user accounts to third parties is prohibited. When using the Services, you may not use virtual private networks ("VPNs"), proxies or any other means to obscure the true source of traffic. You may not use any other electronic means, such as Internet bots or web bots ("bots") to generate automatic views, clicks or conversions, or employ any misleading practice (such as repeated manual clicks) to artificially inflate user activity and/or revenue from using the Services Time. Any activity using VPNs, proxies or bots will be considered fraudulent and will be blocked by our fraud prevention systems. Using a VPN, proxy or bot may result in your device being permanently blacklisted and your user account suspended or terminated. ReelRadar reserves the right to indefinitely ban any user found to be using automated click programs or any similar software that allows users to falsify data related to their phone input, or allow them to appear to be using the phone when in fact they leave it idle . ReelRadar reserves the right to ban indefinitely any user accessing the app through any type of emulator, regardless of the platform on which the emulator is used. ReelRadar reserves the right to ban any account associated with software that can be used to modify the game, or software that unlocks in-game content for free, otherwise a purchase is required. ReelRadar reserves the right to ban any account associated with a disposable email address that automatically forwards messages to an alternate address or that can automatically access and open the verification link sent to them. ReelRadar reserves the right to cancel all units earned on any banned account and prohibit the redemption of rewards on all banned accounts, regardless of the reason the account was banned. ReelRadar reserves the right to ban indefinitely any user found to be using a rooted device or a device to which the user has been granted root access or privileged control. Rooted devices are not supported devices and may be blocked by us at any time. ReelRadar reserves the right to deny any gift card purchase request from an account associated with a rooted device or any account that has been banned for fraudulent activity. ReelRadar reserves the right to ban any account that appears to be using the app in a fraudulent manner. This includes, but is not limited to, users who have privileged control of their devices, users who have suspicious third-party firmware on their devices, users who manipulate their IP addresses, users who use software that makes them appear active when idle, users from A user accessing an app emulator of any kind, or anyone attempting to fraudulently earn units by any means other than playing a game. Access to the ReelRadar app on any device other than an Android phone or tablet is prohibited as doing so may result in account suspension or order rejection.

We utilize the best services of electronic, administrative and physical opportunities to ensure that all collected information is 100% secure and protected. We protect any data we collect online from disclosure, destruction, third-party access, alteration and loss through reliable security measures. We do our best to protect all data you provide to us. By using the latest security measures, we warn our users that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, alteration or misuse of data caused by unauthorized third parties.

Third Party Services

ReelRadar may recommend, provide you with access to or enable links to third-party software, applications, products, services or websites (collectively, "Third-Party Services") for your consideration or use. Such Third Party Services are provided as a convenience only, and downloading, purchasing, accessing or using any such Third Party Services is solely between you and the applicable third party service provider ("Third Party Provider"). Any use by you of third-party services offered through the Services or the App is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions applicable to such third-party services and/or before using such third-party services or Privacy Policy. In no event shall ReelRadar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary or other damages arising out of any third party service or your contractual relationship with any third party provider responsible for compensation. These limitations shall apply even if ReelRadar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Regarding ReelRadar's responsibility for your use of the app, it is important to remember when you use the app that while we strive to ensure that it is updated and functioning correctly at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information , so that we can provide you with information. ReelRadar is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages suffered by you as a result of your complete reliance on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. However, you guarantee to always accept updates to the app as they are made available to you. We may also stop offering the application and may terminate its use at any time without notifying you of such termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you by these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App and (if required) delete it from your device.
