This Privacy Policy explains how 【Tiger Gather】 ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Reelme: AI Video & Photo Maker mobile application available on Google Play and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Photos and videos you upload. When you use our AI features, we process the photos and videos you choose to upload or capture solely to generate the image or video you request. Reelme does not offer face swap features, and we do not create, store or use facial recognition templates or other biometric identifiers.
Text prompts. We process the text descriptions you enter in order to generate content and to check them against our Content Rules.
Account information. If you sign in with a third-party account (such as Google or Meta) or with your email address, we receive basic account information such as your user ID, name and email address.
Usage and device information. We collect information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash reports and how you interact with the Service.
Advertising identifiers. We collect your device's advertising identifier only with your consent, where required by law.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including generating the images and videos you request;
• Review prompts, uploads and generated results to enforce our Content Rules and keep the Service safe;
• Process reports, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Fix problems and improve the performance and stability of the Service;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Show advertising, where you have given consent;
• Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your photos, videos or prompts to train AI models.
3. Storage and Retention
Your photos and videos are stored mainly on your device. When you use an AI feature, the content you upload is stored temporarily on our servers only for as long as needed to complete the generation, and is then deleted.
Other personal usage data is retained for up to 12 months after your last use of the Service, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
• Service providers: with trusted providers that host our servers, provide AI processing and content moderation, analytics and crash reporting, and that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us;
• Reporting of child sexual abuse material: suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities;
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy;
• Google Play: aggregated, non-identifying information as required to operate the Service on Google Play.
5. Content Rules
You may not upload or generate:
• Sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content;
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including any content depicting a real person nude, partially nude or in a sexual or intimate context without their consent;
• Content that removes or alters a person's clothing, or places a real person's face or likeness onto other images or videos;
• Deepfakes or other content intended to deceive, defraud or harass others;
• Extreme violence, hate speech or other illegal content.
You must have the rights to any image you upload and the consent of every person depicted in it. All prompts, uploads and generated results are automatically reviewed, and content that violates these rules is blocked and not delivered. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
6. Payments
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not access or store your payment card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm your purchase and provide the features you paid for.
7. Children's Privacy
Reelme is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly and terminate the account. 8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy (data portability);
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information and your account;
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
• Opt out of marketing communications.

10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred.
