It also explains your privacy rights and the legal protections afforded to you. We are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our users and their contacts.
By using any of our Apps or services, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of your personal information as described in this policy. We use your personal data to enhance and deliver our services effectively.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Types of Data Collected:
Personal Information User Provide
Our Service automatically gathers data when you interact with it, enabling us to better understand your needs and enhance your experience.
User-Provided Images (may include face data): When you voluntarily upload photos or videos to generate AI content, we process these files solely to deliver the requested feature. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers and we do not create or retain face templates. See “Data Retention and Deletion” for the deletion timeline specific to images/face data.
We do not collect any of your personal data. We only gather necessary information with your explicit consent. Apps that compile personal information from any source other than directly from you or without your explicit consent, even from public databases, are not permitted on the Google Play Store or alternative app marketplaces.
Information Collected Automatically
Wi-Fi and Network: We automatically collect information about network connectivity status (via NWPathMonitor) to determine whether the device is online or offline, ensure proper App functionality, and diagnose connectivity or performance issues.
Crashes: We collect information when the app unexpectedly stops working in order to identify errors, fix bugs, and improve the reliability of our Service.
Performance Metrics: We collect performance-related data, such as loading time, response time, and device interaction data, to monitor functionality and enhance the speed, stability, and overall user experience of our Service.
Data Obtained from Third Parties
FirebaseAnalytics: We automatically collect and store information about user interactions, screen views, and app events for analytics purposes. This helps us understand how users engage with the App, evaluate feature performance, and improve the overall user experience.
FirebaseRemoteConfig: We automatically collect and store remote configuration values from Firebase Remote Config to control app behavior dynamically. This allows us to adjust certain app settings, feature flags, or content presentation without requiring users to manually update the App.
FirebaseFirestore & Realtime Database: We automatically collect and store app data, such as user preferences and content metadata, through Firebase Firestore and Realtime Database in order to support real-time storage and synchronization across app sessions and devices where applicable.
FirebaseMessaging (FCM): We automatically collect and process the FCM token to send push notifications to users about generated video results and app updates. The FCM token is registered and stored server-side solely for notification delivery and related service communications.
VIRTUAL CREDITS (“COINS”)
What Coins are:
“Coins” are a virtual unit in the app used to access or generate content (e.g., photos/videos). Coins are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned, or resold.
How users obtain Coins:
Coins may be provided in two ways:
(i) Subscription Coins that are granted with an active subscription and refilled on renewal; and
(ii) IAP Coins purchased via in-app purchase (e.g., coin packs).
The app may display a combined total for convenience while keeping these sources distinct.
How Coins are used
When you use a feature that requires Coins, the app deducts the applicable Coin amount. Where applicable, the app uses Subscription Coins first and then deducts from IAP Coins if needed.
Renewal & expiry
Upon successful subscription renewal (and when you open the app), Subscription Coins are refilled to your plan’s allotment. If your subscription expires or is canceled, Subscription Coins reset to 0 and subscription-gated features may be unavailable until you re-subscribe. IAP Coins are not affected by subscription expiration (subject to data persistence below).
On-device storage & data loss risk
Coin balances are stored locally on your device and are not synchronized to a cloud account. Deleting the app, changing devices, or reinstalling may permanently delete your Coin balance (including IAP Coins). We cannot restore lost Coin balances in these cases, except as required by applicable law or app-store policy.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by the app store. Refunds are handled by the applicable store and are subject to their policies and any mandatory consumer laws. We do not provide cash refunds for Coins or unused balances except as required by law.
Misuse, fraud, or error
We may adjust Coin balances in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback, or technical error, and may suspend access to affected features while we review.

APP-SPECIFIC PERMISSIONS

We request access to your photo library so you can choose images for coloring. This permission allows the App to access images stored on your device and use them as part of the App’s core coloring features. This permission is necessary if you want to select existing photos to create and color artwork within the App.

Face Images & Face Data Retention: Uploaded images or videos (which may contain faces) are retained only as long as necessary to complete processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is completed (processing typically completes in about 10 minutes). The temporary 24-hour window exists solely to verify successful processing, investigate failures, and support customer inquiries if needed. We do not permanently retain, archive, or re-use face images or any face data derived from them, and such content is not used to train AI/ML models or for any secondary purpose.
Account Information: We generally retain your account information for as long as your account remains active.
User-Generated Content and Usage Data: We retain user-generated content and usage data for as long as necessary to provide the services you use or for legitimate business purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
Coin Data Persistence: Coin balances and related usage logs are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to our servers. Deleting the app, switching devices, or clearing app data may permanently delete your Coin balance. We cannot recover Coin balances lost due to device/app changes, except as required by applicable law or the app store’s policies.
Other Data: Other types of data are retained for periods necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
When your account is deleted or upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will securely delete or anonymize your Personal Data according to our internal procedures and applicable law, subject to any legal obligations or legitimate business needs (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution) requiring us to retain certain information. Please note that residual copies may take some time to be fully removed from backup systems.
