More recently in December of 2024, Jon's daughter/Thaniel's sister Georgia also joined the crew. With over 50 years of combined experience this has formed an unbeatable team.

Jon Reed
Founder of ReedCo. A fifth generation woodworker, taught by his father who was taught by his and so on, Jon is honored to carry on his family legacy. An avid fisherman, and even more avid family man, he is the proud husband to his beautiful wife Susan, father to their three children Nathan, Thaniel, and Georgia, and “Pawpaw” to Orion, Athena, Nona, and Atlas. Known by many as “Jon Maine”, he is always there to help anyone in need - whether it’s answering a question at your local Home Depot, giving directions, or helping you design your dream kitchen. With 40 years of experience, he offers wisdom that very few hold.
Thaniel Reed
Partner in ReedCo. A sixth generation woodworker! Thaniel has been working with his father since he was old enough to hold a hammer. A true “girl dad” to Athena and Nona, and husband to his gorgeous wife Jenna. If he’s not fishing or playing disc golf, you can find him spending time with and spoiling his girls (as they deserve). Our 3D designer, you will work closely with him to build anything custom. Working with great professionalism and skill, he’s guaranteed to design and execute something you love!
Georgia Libby
The newest ReedCo employee - another sixth generation woodworker, but the first woman! Cat mom to Luna and Whiskey and wife to her amazing husband Bennett, she loves exploring, relaxing, and spending time with her friends and family. Our social media specialist as well as our strong feminine presence in the field, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and has proved to be an excellent addition to the team!
