Privacy Policy for Don't Touch Red
Effective date: June 30, 2026
Don't Touch Red ("the app") is a single-player arcade game developed as an independent project. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app does not require an account, does not request your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.
2. Gameplay Data
All gameplay data — including your score, personal best, and leaderboard entries — is stored only on your device, in the app's memory. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently removes it.
3. Permissions
The app declares the standard Android INTERNET permission only because the underlying React Native framework requires it during development builds. The released app does not make any network requests, does not contact any server, and does not use the internet during gameplay.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party SDKs
The app does not include any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or third-party tracking SDKs. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no integrations with social networks or external services.
5. Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The game contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links.
6. Data Security
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of breach. Gameplay data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at the same public URL with a revised "Effective date." Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
