If your Computer is very loud it could be because some of the internal parts are covered in dust to solve this problem you need to:
Find the screws on the back/side of the computer (not all computers have screws, if you can not see any screws the side should just pop off
Unscrew the screws on the back/side of the computer (if it has any)- DO NOT LOSE THE SCREWS!
If you see some dust on the inside (it might be a brown color) you will need to clean it
Do not just brush the dust off with anything because it could damage some of the other components inside the computer
If you have a mask you should wear it so you don't inhale to much dust if you do not have a mask just try not to inhale too much dust
If you have any small paint brushes you could use them for small/fragile areas. You could use a larger paint brush for larger areas (just make sure that the bristles are soft so you don't scratch anything). You can also use a can of compressed air to clean the inside (be carful if you use the compressed air because it is more likely to make the dust go airborne)
Now carefully brush/spray the inside of the computer (if you find any large clumps of dust you could use some tweezers to pull them out - just be careful that you don't scratch anything inside) DO NOT UNPLUG ANYTHING OR TAKE ANYTHING OUT
Now you can put the back/side of the computer back on using the screws you took off earlier
