Animal Aid India
Our mission is to rescue and treat owner-less street animals of Udaipur who have become ill or injured, and through their rescue inspire the community to care for the lives of all animals. Throughout India, animals including dogs, cows, cats and donkeys live on the streets. Most cities don't have hospitals for owner-less animals, which means injured or ill animals often die from treatable conditions. But in Udaipur, a call to our helpline saves a life.

We get them vet care, place them in foster homes and then find them loving forever families. A few years ago, we turned our attention to the street dogs of Mexico as there is very little help for them. Since then, we have developed a large rescue network in Baja California and we have a sister shelter in Ensenada that we focus on taking dogs from whenever funds allow.

Center for Biological Diversity
At the Center for Biological Diversity, we believe that the welfare of human beings is deeply linked to nature — to the existence in our world of a vast diversity of wild animals and plants. Because diversity has intrinsic value, and because its loss impoverishes society, we work to secure a future for all species, great and small, hovering on the brink of extinction. We do so through science, law and creative media, with a focus on protecting the lands, waters and climate that species need to survive.
We want those who come after us to inherit a world where the wild is still alive.
