Digital Health and Welfare is how we are affected physically and psychologically. When online, there are many things that we come in contact with. Some of those things being other people who do not abide by digital etiquette or fluency. This can take a tole so we have to make sure we take care of ourselves online.
Ex. Setting an allotted time to be online and save the other time in the day to be away from technology can be good for the mind and eyes.
