The horse that started it all, after whom RFE is named after. Red is a Grade Appaloosa that Kayla rescued in 2017. Red is now living his life on partial retirement in

Bailey, but will remain a part of this page

Kitty

Peppy Cat Olena (Kitty) is a 21-year-old Paint mare. Kitty joined Kayla’s family in 2021. She has experience in Reined Cow Horse, Gymkhana, and pleasure riding.

Silver

Silver is a 22-year-old Quarter Horse gelding. Used for beginner and intermediate riders.

Everest

Everest (Evey) is a 14-year-old Grade Quarter Horse currently leased to some of our students. Evey is used to teach riders from intermediate to advanced levels.

Hopper

Hopper is a 15-year-old Grade gelding. Hopper is used for advanced riders as he can be a little speedy at times.

Hope

Hope is a 7-year-old Grade mare. She is very sweet and loves treats. While she isn’t a lesson horse, she is one of the fantastic horses on RFE.

Lily is a 17-year-old mare. She has a past as a light hunter. Used for beginners/intermediate

Rocky

Rocky was a significant part of all of our lives. He joined Kayla’s herd in 2013. He taught many people and was the steady eddy for years. He lived out his retirement at a therapy center and returned to Kayla for the end of his life.

1996-2023 Rocky will forever remain on our page, along with our hearts
