On the Move: Our mobile, in-person services are actively delivering essential School, Sports, Adult, and DOT physicals right to our community's doorstep across Polk County and Central Florida.
Virtually Anywhere: Our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform brings primary care, chronic condition management (including hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol), acute sick calls, and professional medical excuses straight to your phone or computer—available statewide across Florida.
