Redeemed Code But Didn 39;t Download [Extra Quality] Xbox One

Both Microsoft and Xbox gift cards and download codes work in the same way: once redeemed to your Microsoft account, you can spend your balance at Microsoft Store online, on Windows or Xbox, and you can get downlaods for the latest apps, games, movies, TV shows, and Surface, Xbox, and accessories.

Title basically but redeemed the code on the xbox app, log in on steam which is linked with the correct xbox account but still no cosmetics showing up in clothing or weapon chests. Is there any insight to this or does it normally take awhile to show up? It's been just about an hour since using the code. Thank you!

EDIT: Got it resolved by submitting a ticket through sea of thieves support with the code itself and a screenshot of the code redeemed in my microsoft orders. However if I had access to an xbox or using game pass through the PC it likely would've also fixed the issue.

So I bought code off a website that gives out keys, and the key was legit 100%. I went to microsoft to redeem, because I have my account connected through pc and microsoft. The code was meant to be claimed on xbox so I did it on the microsoft site. The code worked and in my past "orders" it showed the pack as redeemed. I got on Fortnite on my computer, and I didn't see anything there.

What I'm wondering is if you need an xbox to actually make the items show up. Once I bought another code, I went on xbox just to claim it, on the right account and everything, and when I checked on my PC, the items from the separate pack weren't there. So what I'm wondering is if its a "have to launch game on correct platform of code to get items" -type situation. I think Nintendo switch for fortnite had a scenario where if you bought vbucks on pc, then went on switch, they wouldn't be there. Anyone know?

I tried redeeming the code, I clicked the redeem button then clicked it again on the Microsoft billing page. It took me to a new tab and opened the store up. It was still 9.99 I couldn't download it. So I tried it again, and this time the redeem button was grayed out and I couldn't click it It said already redeemed but I haven't got a download from the store app or store in browser

I am also receiving the "already redeemed" message. It is not on my Microsoft account list of recent purches history. was hoping to see the account it was redeemed to, I only have one Microsoft account for my xbox and PC :c

I tried to Redeem My copy and it say already redeemed and there is no record of purchase under my store account . Microsoft will probably be of no help because millions of people have the same problem . Majority of people wont even take the time to enquire , others will spend the 12 bucks . I did notice Firefox doesn't work with the store and the store site kept on crashing . If you didn't get you free copy , Kiss the Free offer good bye . No one at Microsoft's going to take the time to fix it .Price just went from 9.99 to 11.99 . I have to laugh There is no cents in Canada anymore . Every purchase gets rounded . So its really 10.00 has been raised to 12 .00 .It must be to pay for all the people calling in to complain

If it is listed, then that means you successfully redeemed the code to a Microsoft account. When you did so, you were asked to login to a Microsoft account. This was the account that you redeemed the code to.

If you're not sure which account you used, you should contact Xbox support (for Step 1, use "Xbox on Windows 10"; for Step 2 under Store select "Purchase verification"; and you should be able to call/chat with Xbox support) and let them know you are unsure which account you redeemed the code to.

Exact same problem as @ElGringoPanda. I have two Microsoft accounts one for Xbox and one for PC. I redeemed the code on my Xbox-Microsoft account and so I can't download it on the PC-Microsoft account. I contacted Microsoft, Xbox and Mojang support about this but none have been able to help me so far.

But when I contacted Mojang they sad this 'I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft. Code redemptions and purchases are made through the Windows Store, and help is provided by Xbox Support. So I contacted Xbox support about this but they told me that this is a problem Mojang has to deal with frist because they have the game codes.

Well, It seems that I had that exact same problem where I had the code redeemed and It showed up in the recent purchases history, but just go to the store and click on the $9.99 price tag and it will ask you to log into your account and then it will realize your code has been verified and then it'll start downloading

If you have clicked the Redeem code and it says you've already redeemed it, go into the Windows 10 store app.

Check to see if you are signed into the store. If it shows a little circle around a person outline with a plus in the corner up by the search bar, click it and sign into it with your Microsoft account info. Once you've do that, check to see if you can Install the game. If not, close the store and re-open it.

Game codes are typically meant to be redeemed only once. When you redeem a game code on an account, it associates the ownership of that game with that specific account. This is done to prevent sharing of game licenses and to ensure that only the account holder has access to the game - so buy MSFS.

@EA_Darko i also added jedi survivor just now to my account, and it does not appear in my library. I logged out, i restarted the ea app but it does not help. Also the code shows that it is already redeemed. Please advise what i need to do, or how you can help me?

I had the same problem on my playstation 5: after I entered the code the game appeared but when I wanted to download it, the game disappeared from the screen. When entering the code again, the message came up that the code had already been used. Also, the download didn't start and I couldn't find the game anywhere at first.

For me the game could be found in my library under 'collections', from there I could start the download. May be this helps for you guys too. Good luck!
