Starlight City

an often recurring city that is far different from island taulka tiki, judging by the name it would be another normal city right? well this city was a massive hotspot for gambling and casinos as well, but starlight city's most famous place is a memorial for the city's owner, named "Dr. Piggeo" and Starlight City has a couple of landmarks too, such as the river of wisdom, and the statue of liberty they stole from New York, and The Eiffel Tower they stole from paris, Dr. Piggeo was known for stealing alot of things and getting away with it, which is why something like this would happen.

going into the history of starlight city it was being built with the help of his company that formed back in 1996, with the amount of funds he had, and even stole some money from people, to make a city that we would know today as starlight city, he'd also hire businessmen to sell local places and apartments just incase to be prepared, fast forwarding to 2008 where Starlight City was now free to the public, airports were accepting offers for this new city that was opened, and things seemed to be going well for Dr. Piggeo, but however people began noticing a strange cult that would be crouched over, playing some sort of board-game while in a dark alleyway, while also spraying some sort of message, a symbol, people described the symbol as "a star, but something is in the middle." no one knows what the symbol means, but the cult got major attention from online news outlets and internet forums, back then Starlight City had its own forum where you can submit thoughts and recent stuff that happened while being at the city, well some people reported on the cult that they saw, but Dr. Piggeo doesn't seem to mind them as much, in 2016 Dr. Piggeo would pass away due to a disease he had, which led to a memorial place for him, a statue of the pigeon himself, with his hands on the edge of the chair, and his legs crossed, but still then Starlight City remains as one of the big cities in Reddie's Universe.
