它們的巢大多用草莖、枯枝等搭建，巢址常選擇在天然或人工的洞穴中。
麻雀也會在人聚居的地方築巢，有時甚至將巢住在空調室外機中、煙囪中、
熱水器排氣管中。 除了自己築巢，麻雀也會使用其他鳥類，比如燕子廢棄的巢穴。

一定要掛高，因野鳥太怕人，要高到人接觸不到的地方
要確定掛高的地方是不是私人地方，事前要問一問可不可掛在那邊。
高的地方一定要借梯>租用請到，為了安全，找多2個人在下面捉緊長梯。
掛好了後一定一定要觀察媽媽有沒有照顧
最好移動幼鳥時媽媽是看到你把幼鳥放到哪
