尋親準備工具與注意事項
Preparations and Precautions before searching for the parents

  • 現場準備了一個1CM支距的籠子裝著幼鳥。

  • 籠子不要用鮮色的籠鳥對鮮色會好敏感，不敢上前。比如：紅色、紫色、鮮綠色

  • Prepare a cage with 1cm bar spacing.

  • Do not use bright-coloured cage such as red, purple or green, it might scare the parents away.

  • 或用白色、淡色的籠、藍子或紙盒＋洗衣袋成功率大一點

  • Cage, basket or box with laundry net in light colour is preferred.

  • 清晨人車聲少較好找

  • 紅耳比翁翁成鳥害羞怕人怕事，要確定環境沒有其他人和車成功機會大一點。

  • 請勿沒有疑似親鳥出現的狀況下就把幼鳥放出來，因為幼鳥如果飛高(你抓不到)飛走，幼鳥尚未有覓食能力會無法獨立和生存。

  • Best time for locating parents is early morning.

  • Red-whiskered Bulbul is very timid, please make sure there is no car or other people on site. Do not let the nestling out if there is no target parents nearby.

  • If they fly away from you, they can’t forage and live on their own

  • 事先預錄好的叫聲，然後到現場播放出來

  • 聲音可做個加長版，複製20個一樣的音檔，再去這邊合併MP3

  • 到時現場一直播放

  • 可帶多個喇叭仔加強聲音

  • 準備一點食物、蟲，可方便媽媽馬上找到食物再餵哺幼鳥

  • 找個天晴的日子，太陽不是太熱的日子（避免在正午12時）

  • 注意你跟幼鳥的身體狀況，會不會中暑

  • 準備一支水人鳥都可飲用

  • 防晒
