Preparations and Precautions before searching for the parents

現場準備了一個1CM支距的籠子裝著幼鳥。

籠子不要用鮮色的籠鳥對鮮色會好敏感，不敢上前。比如：紅色、紫色、鮮綠色

Prepare a cage with 1cm bar spacing.

Do not use bright-coloured cage such as red, purple or green, it might scare the parents away.

或用白色、淡色的籠、藍子或紙盒＋洗衣袋成功率大一點

Cage, basket or box with laundry net in light colour is preferred.

清晨人車聲少較好找

紅耳比翁翁成鳥害羞怕人怕事，要確定環境沒有其他人和車成功機會大一點。

請勿沒有疑似親鳥出現的狀況下就把幼鳥放出來，因為幼鳥如果飛高(你抓不到)飛走，幼鳥尚未有覓食能力會無法獨立和生存。

Best time for locating parents is early morning.

Red-whiskered Bulbul is very timid, please make sure there is no car or other people on site. Do not let the nestling out if there is no target parents nearby.

If they fly away from you, they can’t forage and live on their own

準備一點食物、蟲，可方便媽媽馬上找到食物再餵哺幼鳥

找個天晴的日子，太陽不是太熱的日子（避免在正午12時）

注意你跟幼鳥的身體狀況，會不會中暑
