Rule 3: if there any stackers: (b[1,1]x) - b^^x.
Rule 4: If there any flexes: (b[0,0,1]x) b^^^...^^^b (w/ x ^'s)
Rule 5: Any completers here: (b[1,2,1]x) - {b,x,1,2}
Rule 6: If there any explosions: (b[1,3,1]x) - {b,x,1,3}
Rule 7: b&x: (b[0,0,0,x]b) - {b,x(1)2}
Examples.
(10[0,1}6) = 10^6 = 1,000,000 = million.
(10[0,1]100) - 10^100, = 10,000,000,000... w/ 100 0s = googol.
(10[0,2]100) - 10^10^100 - 10,000,000,000... w/ googol 0s = googolplex.
