Choco is a package manager, like winget. It is being used to install apps that are not on winget yet, It's very lightweight and it won't harm your system in any way 😊

That usually means that the program that Winget is trying to update is open in the background. Try closing it and running Redate again
If you used the installer then you can run "Update Redate" to update it
If you are on windows, try to update/install Winget. On Linux make sure you made it an executable or you can try to fix it yourself and contact me to fix it.

In the terminal:
1.Open terminal in the folder that contains the script
2.type sudo chmod +x (script name)
3.type ./(script name)
In the GUI:
1.Right click the script and then click on properties.
2.Click on permissions
3.Click on allow execute permissions and close the window
4.Right click and click run in terminal
5.(If needed) type ./(script name)
