PhD candidate | Machine Learning Scientist
I am a Ph.D. candidate at Paris-Saclay University, part of the ADAM team at the DAVID laboratory, and an associate member of the A3 team at the LIPN computer science laboratory. I am supervised by Professors Mustapha Lebbah and Hanene Azzag. I have also done an international mobility program at the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Tokyo, Japan, under the supervision of Professor Yuichi Yoshida.

My research focuses on statistical and machine learning theory, particularly generative probabilistic models and Bayesian non-parametric models such as mixture models, Dirichlet Process Mixture Models (DPMMs), and Non-Parametric Latent Block Models (NPLBMs). I am also interested in deep learning theory, such as Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks (KANs) and Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs).
During my international mobility at the National Institute of Informatics (NII), I worked on the average sensitivity of the Expectation-Maximization algorithm for Gaussian Mixture Models.
