This year's Red Dress Gala will be on February 15th, 2025!
The event will be hosted at the Alloy King of Prussia- a DoubleTree by Hilton 301 W Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406
Please dress in formal or semi-formal attire. Red is encouraged and often worn by the majority of guests, but it is not required. If you choose to, jackets are required.
Cash and ID for the cash bar and a credit card for the auctions if you wish to donate!
Please plan to arrive on time or early for our event to ensure we can begin promptly and accommodate all speakers and activities. Upon arrival, enter through the main door and an Alpha Phi member will be available to guide you to a check-in station.
Brunch will include a buffet of assorted fruit juice, seasonal fruit platter, yogurt parfaits, assorted breakfast bread and pastries, bagels with butter, jams and cream cheese, scrambled eggs, home-fried potatoes, choice of French toast or pancakes with maple syrup; Applewood smoked bacon, choice of pork sausage or turkey sausage, freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and assorted specialty hot teas!
To place bids on auction items, you may do so through GiveSmart via credit card. A QR will be available to you on the day-of.
After checking in, please proceed to the Alloy representative to verify your ID and receive a wristband, granting you access to the cash bar for alcoholic beverages – including our specialty Red Dress Gala cocktails.
Yes! A professional photographer will be on-site to capture the event! Photos will be published in the flare shortly after the event for everyone to enjoy!
The event will feature an inspiring talk by Kim Jones, presentations by Alpha Phi members, a live auction, a silent auction, a Kendra Scott pop-up shop, and an American Greek Company pop-up shop.
