You will then receive an email with paiement instructions.
The registration fees are as follows:
500€ for permanent staff
350€ for students
The registration fees include:
Transportation from Lyon or from Annecy train station; back and forth to the workshop: see details below.
Accommodation (2 nights) at hotel Carlina/BeauLieu: Wednesday and Thursday nights.
A social dinner on Thursday night.
Lunch boxes on Thursday and Friday.
You have two dedicated options to reach the workshop:
Option 1: On wednesday 8th March at 8am from Lyon Part Dieu train station: a dedicated shuttle will take you to the workshop place.
Option 2: On wednesday 8th March at 4pm from Lyon Part Dieu train station: a dedicated shuttle will take you to the workshop place.
Otherwise, you can take a bus on your own from Annecy Train Station (gare routière) to La Clusaz (there is a bus every hour).
