F.A.Q. 's
When can I drop off items? *Our drop off days are Wednesdays and Thursdays Do I need an appointment? *Absolutely not. We are way too chill for such formalities.
When can I pick up? *You can pick up your cash, and returned items, beginning on the Friday after you drop off?
Will I receive a call? * Nope! We won't leave on a Thursday night until we've had 2 generations review every drop off. You'll only receive a call if we process your order early. Otherwise, know we'll have your order ready for pick up beginning the Friday after you've dropped off.
How am I compensated? *We buy items up front from customers. Beginning on the Friday after you drop off, we'll have cash up front for the items we need waiting for you, along with the returned items we don't need at that particular time. Will you donate unwanted items for me? *Absolutely! Biweekly, we take (approximately) a truck full of donated items to Threads of Hope during our buying seasons. We don't want to talk Local, we want to mean Local, and we happen to think Threads of Hope is an amazing resource to our community! Heck, we'll even save you a trip and venmo you if you're donating :)
What don't you take? *We are small, but mighty! Because of this, we do not accept mens, childrens, household items, or off-season clothing.
What else should I know? *We truly value your time and appreciate you giving us a try. We have a very small footprint yet are committed to having something for everyone. Help us help you by carefully reviewing the guidelines above to make the best use of your time.
*We'll take a sampling from each customer - our guidepost isn't "want" or "like" but instead what helps us to fully give our customers the chance to have a robust, exceptional experience fueled by value, great taste, and variety for each person who visits our boutique!
