"Recycle Right with Riley" was created in 2018 by Fox Lane highschooler, Riley Hester. It is a campaign of various recycling projects to make a change in our community.
The main goals:
Grow knowledge on recycling
Reduce the amount of waste we create
Create more efficient recycling systems (and create opportunites for ones we are missing)
To provide more opportunities for recycling, I have created a recycling collection system in the community of Pound Ridge. I have brought attention to new and existing recycling opportunities and have asked residents to pledge to recycle more. We also completed the NexTrex Recycling Community Recycling Challenge in Pound Ridge.
