Recurio
The Recurrent Bill Reminder App
The Recurrent Bill Reminder App
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Recurio is a recurring-reminder and bill-tracking app developed by palebluedot. The short version: Recurio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
None. Recurio has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no tracking of any kind. The app does not request the Internet permission, which means the operating system itself prevents it from sending anything anywhere.
The reminders, amounts, notes, payment history, and settings you enter are stored in a private database on your device. This data is accessible only to Recurio and is deleted by Android if you uninstall the app.
If you use the app's export features (JSON backup or CSV export), a file is written to the location you choose. Those files are yours: where they go and who can read them is entirely under your control.
Your device may also include Recurio's data in Android's automatic device backup to your own Google account, subject to your device's backup settings. That backup is managed by Android, not by Recurio, and is encrypted by Google.
Recurio requests one permission: notifications, used to remind you when something is due. You can decline or revoke it in system settings; the app still works, it just can't notify you.
No data is shared with third parties, because no data ever leaves your device.
Recurio does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If a future version of Recurio ever changes any of the above — for example, by adding an online feature — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be noted in the app's update description.
